The 37th Annual Boston Harborfest Celebration

Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular

On July 3rd, come out to Hatch Shell on the Esplanade to enjoy a live orchestra performance and breath-taking fireworks display for free. The orchestra’s performance will also take place on the 4th.

The City of Boston’s Official Independence Day Commemoration

Head to the historic City Hall Plaza at 9 am for a flag raising ceremony to honor fallen patriots and watch the parade to the Old State House. At 10 am at the Old State House, the Declaration of Independence will be read aloud from the balcony, as it was in Boston on July 18, 1776.

Boston POPS Does the Fourth & Fireworks

The Boston Pops will perform once more on July 4th, followed by a slew of other prominent musical artists. The performance will be televised and followed by a fireworks show over the Charles River.
