The Hyundai Ioniq is one of the most unique vehicles on the road today. It is a purpose-built hybrid, but it comes in three variations: a standard hybrid, a plug-in hybrid with 29 miles of electric driving range, and a full EV with 124 miles of driving range.*

Since its introduction in 2016, the Ioniq has received multiple industry awards for its superb efficiency and sharp design. Here is a highlight of some of the Ioniq’s awards.

  • iF Design Award Automobiles

    The Ioniq Home Charger system was recognized for its innovative design and style. Its pure white color symbolizes for an innovative, creative life and uses the same materials as the Ioniq.

  • Good Design Award™

    The Chicago Athenaeum Museum was so impressed with the Ioniq’s design, it recognized it for its impressive style for both 2015 and 2016. This award celebrates the importance of using sustainable designs for products that have a positive impact on the environment.

  • Next Green Car Awards.

Next Green Car from the United Kingdom honored the Ioniq as both the best Small Family Car and the Car of the Year. They were impressed with its practicality, electric range, and overall value.

  • Red Dot Design Award

    . The Ioniq won this award in 2016 for its future-oriented and revolutionary design.
